Weaving
Unit
Our weaving facilities comprise of shuttle less, Airjet, Auto looms. Our fabrics are woven out of the best looms in Pakistan. N widths 130’’ & 153’’ with the total capacity to produce 5 million meters of fabric/year.
Finishing
Our Fabrics are finished on highly equipped latest stenters range of "Monforts" in 320cm. The Stenters are designed with 08 drying chambers and a couple of malo-systems to straighten the fabric wefts.
Rotary
Printing
State of the art 320cm width Rotary Printing Machine with 16 colors enables us for precision and accurate prints on a variety of fabrics with 4 different repeats.
Engraving
In order to assure Perfection in design. we have a state of art equipment listed below in our CAD / CAM equipped design studio.
Stitching
The company stitching department is equipped with modren stitching machines. Supporting for high quality Made-ups and Workwear for export.
